We are pleased to announce the latest update to our Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), Mirrhia 2.5, which brings a number of new features and enhancements designed to improve user experience and operational efficiency. This update underlines Mirrhia’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art solutions that meet our customers’ evolving needs, including maintaining their high standards of environmental safety and compliance.
Mirrhia 2.5 most important updates :
A new feature enables real-time particle counting using professional devices such as laser particle counters. Devices can be configured and managed within the system, and measurements are centralized and available by room and device, making it easier to monitor air quality, especially in clean rooms.
A dedicated module allows users to create and manage calibration campaigns for their probes directly from the Mirrhia system, without disassembling them. It guarantees accurate calibration in real time and generates calibration certificates including the adjustment coefficient directly in the system, reducing the risk of encoding errors.
Advanced mode transition parameters, including automatic triggers based on electrical signals, external systems, or programmed schedules, optimize efficiency and accuracy.
A new option allows users to filter and view only their own alarms, simplifying alarm management and reducing response times.
A dashboard that provides a detailed view of the status of system components, with additional notifications in the event of system degradation. Users can be alerted via email or SMS.
Improved batch management through redesign of the management screen and visualization of batches in production in the rooms. Possibility to integrate with external batch management software (MES).
