Mirrhia is a Belgian SME with about fifty employees, located in the charming town of Louvain-La-Neuve. Mirrhia stands out for its product, which is currently among the most efficient Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) solutions on the market. This is an independent solution, deployed in more than 3500 controlled environments worldwide (impressive, right?), meeting the strictest regulatory standards.

Your Mission

You’ll take Mirrhia’s digital marketing (but not only) to the next level. In essence, you’re going to flood the team’s inbox and voicemail with leads… qualified leads, of course.

What you’ll actually do

In collaboration with the Managing Director, you’ll have a blast crafting and implementing an innovative marketing and communication plan to generate qualified B2B leads from around the globe:

• You’ll create and steer the content strategy across all channels.
  • From A to Z, you’ll create original, even extraordinary content for our website to strengthen and optimize our SEO. We need to be found! And when I say content, I mean all types: images, videos, photos, etc.
  • You’ll create marketing campaigns (the kind everyone wants to click on because they’re so amazing). Your campaigns will be personalized based on audiences and channels (lead acquisition channels, social media, newsletters, etc.).
  • You’ll maintain and update Mirrhia’s internal website
  • You’ll create or adapt all marketing materials (digital, print, etc.).
• You’ll be in charge of digital hunting via various acquisition channels (public tenders platforms, etc.).
• You’ll maintain Mirrhia’s brand image over the top and its visibility and reputation.
• You’ll contribute to process improvement to automate communications as much as possible while personalizing them. Those lazy marketers, I swear! Just kidding, of course.
• You’ll handle Mirrhia’s participation in trade shows from A to Z; don’t forget the little chocolates wrapped in red paper. It’s a must-have.
• You’ll work closely with the Managing Director as well as with colleagues from various departments to ensure our communication and marketing support Mirrhia’s objectives. That is, to be the international number one provider in the environmental monitoring solutions universe!
• So, in short, you’ll handle all things marketing and communications for Mirrhia.

The strings to your bow

Do you know how to shoot a bow and arrow? I don’t, but that’s okay! Here’s what you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent through experience (which you can obviously prove!).
• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communication. A little bonus if you have experience in the pharma sector. A big plus if you’re passionate about life sciences and you love pink and black. Don’t worry, this won’t hinder your application with us if it’s not the case!
• These skills are a must: SEO (technical SEO is a plus), SEA, WordPress.
• Do you know Divi? Great, it’ll help!
• Google Suite? Fantastic!
• Marketing Automation, does it ring a bell? Great!
• You use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or any other open-source tool, as long as what you create looks adorable! (Photos, Images, Videos, etc.)
• You love social media.
• Salesforce? It’ll come in handy.
• Office Suite, that’ll be useful too.
• ChatGPT, Claude, Monica, Gemini, etc. Whichever one, but you use it, right? And you use it well!
• You master French and English (spoken & written). If you know another language (German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, etc.), it’s awesome.
