Mirrhia stands out for its product, which is currently among the most efficient Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) solutions on the market. This is an independent solution, deployed in more than 3500 controlled environments worldwide (impressive, right?), meeting the strictest regulatory standards.

Your Mission

Your role involves organizing and overseeing all production and support activities at Mirrhia. You will be part of the Management Committee.

What you’ll actually do

• Ensure proper management of production teams.
• Develop the business (farming).
• Manage the production budget and schedule, and provide regular reporting on activities.
• Mobilize, through hands-on management, the entire production team towards customer satisfaction because our customers are our brand’s first ambassadors!
• Analyze production indicators and improve them by implementing action plans.
• Plan, organize, and implement technical and human resources to achieve the production plan.
• Ensure a culture of continuous improvement within the production team, identifying and implementing initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
• Play a role internationally, which means regular travel abroad.

The strings to your bow

• With your Master’s in Engineering, you have a successful managerial experience of at least 10 years in operational production management, gained in the industrial and/or pharmaceutical sector. It is ideal if you have experience in the pharma sector and automation but it’s not mandatory.
• Operational field experience is essential.
• You are proactive in advancing projects with pragmatism.
• A true leader, your ability to unite teams in a collaborative spirit is essential for the success of this role.
• Experience in change management and mastery of continuous improvement tools is an advantage.
• Good command of French and English is essential, and a third language is an asset.
